Return & Exchange Policy
Standard 30 Day Policy
Return or exchange eligibility must meet the following criteria.
Purchased item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same received (new) condition. Must be void of any washing, body odor, fragrance, marks, or rips. Returned item(s) must be shipped back within 30 of receiving item (per shipping method confirmation). If shipped past the 30 day window unfortunately, we will not be able to honor or offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We understand things happen and exchanges are at times necessary. If you need to exchange a size, color, etc. Please email us and we will provide you with the address to ship it to. Please include the following information: Order number, email address, reason for exchange, and which piece of garment you're exchanging it for.
Once we receive, and inspect your return we will send you an approval or rejection email notification. Please understand we aim to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction. These measure are to ensure accuracy and that we get it right.
Approval of return(s) and refund(s) will be processed within 1-2 business days. A credit / refund will be applied back to your original payment method. Delivery times will vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
